My clients feel the ultimate benefit of having me there is they had choices and a voice during their birthing experiences!

As your Doula I will educate you and your partner on the birthing process as well as offer options or suggestions for your birth plan based on your specific requests and desires. Often times I will hear, I don’t know what to expect, I am not sure if I “should do” this or “have to do” that. The great thing about your birth is it is yours to decide!

I will never pass jugdement on any decision that you make, I will stand by your side always.

I am also there to help coordinate family and close friends if needed. There are many things that they can do for you outside the birthing room to make your transition easier, like getting the baby’s room ready, cooking and freezing meals, cleaning or taking care of your other children and pets so you are able to focus on you and your baby.
